My character design final! A long long story for a psychological video game pitch accompanies this, but I won't bore you all with the full length version. Basic premise: we play as a young boy through his psychiatrist visits as we piece together the memories that trauma as blocked out regarding the murders of his family members. The form of treatment involves a virtual reality program that skews his memories into dreamlike environments and all of his loved ones into series of demons that he must defeat to release his true memories.
Here are a few images from my book illustration class. All are completed digitally and include: A narrative based environment, a series of black and white drawings based off the list title "Winning names for stuffed animals," a book cover design, a tile for an end paper pattern (for the adapted rapunzel illustration), an invented character and a spot illustration involving a secondary character.
